These precision instruments are hand made in Switzerland and are ordered on indent.
Indent orders are unable to be returned once ordered. Please order carefully
We carry a general range of NOPA instruments in stock.
If, on receipt, the instrument is not acceptable our Customer Services must be contacted within 7 Days for approval of return
Products will only be accepted for exchange/credit if returned in sellable condition. Instruments must be returned in original packaging.
Your account will be credited minus a 25% restocking fee. Specialized Instruments are ordered on indent

All Instruments must be returned cleaned and sterilized if used.
We will contact the manufacturer to determine cause of fault.
Manufacturer defects are fully covered under warranty and a replacement will be sent.
If the cause is found to be a user or maintenance issue you will be notified.
If repair is an option advice will be advised of the associated cost.
