Ultrasonic Bath Tester

Hendricks Pencil test for ultrasonics. Ultrasonitest

For daily testing of the performance of your Ultrasonic Cleaner

Directions for use:

  1. Commence with a clean Ultrasonic Machine
  2. Fill with water to recomended level
  3. Perform 'degassing' proceedure as per manufactures instructions
  4. Rub the surface of the disc with the special test pencil provided
  5. Immerse the disk in the centre of the ultrasonic tank on the rack provided by the manufacturer
  6. Set the time for 3 minutes and start the ultrasonic

The Ultrasonic Cleaner should completely remove the pencil lead within 3 minutes.

  • Adhesive Clip to place pencil and disc on when not in use
  • Results chart

Disk is good for up to 60 uses. Replace disk when smooth.
