Our warehouse has grown hugely since we started this business in the year 2000. Then, we were selling medical supplies from the Capes family garage. Now we hold around 4000 high turnover medical products in stock! From wound care, to top quality instruments and equipment. We're confident we can supply almost any product you could need.
We buy smarter from our 100+ wholesalers throughout New Zealand and Australia, which lets us pass huge savings on to you!
Part of the strength behind what we do, is our willingness to go beyond 'just selling a product'. We truly care about how our products can make a difference in the lives of our customers. And we've realised that to do this, means providing a level of service that's more than just selling.
Our close-knit team is passionate about building long-term relationships with our customers. We set up medical practices and align product systems with ours to ensure an easy and accurate ordering process. We also provide personalised order forms, on-going product training and product information sourcing.
We're always dreaming up ways that we can make our products more accessible to everyone. Part of this, was moving our huge range of products online. We have plans to increase the size of our warehouse, so that we can hold more of the products that are commonly requested.
